The facility was neat and clean and served as a great stopping point between Zion National Park and Phoenix. However, this is the highlight of my stay and why I am rating them 10 out of 10. A bit of a lengthy story, but it will show you just how kind the staff here was to me. I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter. I had an issue with my rental car on the way to the hotel. We hit a road hazard and I had to switch cars. The roadside assistance for my rental company was very inefficient, and kept me waiting hours on the phone...I had to check out already, and the rental company still hadn't provided a solution. The receptionists at the hotel were very sympathetic to my plight. They let me store my luggage safely after check in, and since I was an intl. traveller and using my phone would be expensive, one of the very kindhearted receptionists let me use her cell phone as I sat comfortably on the couch and made the necessary calls. The rental company eventually told me that someone would arrive in 4 hours (and this was already in the afternoon) with a different vehicle for me. This would be a problem, as I had to be in Phoenix soon and couldn't wait that long. Then came my miracle. A gentleman who is in charge of the maintenance at the hotel offered to take me and my daughter and all of our luggage, to Flagstaff. There I was able to pick up a different vehicle. Thanks to the kindness of this gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn't get, we arrived timely in Phoenix. I was blown away by this display of compassion and care, and highly recommend NavajoLand hotel.

The front desk staff was super awesome...polite, professional, informative. Our room was nice and comfortable and tastefully decorated and there was wonderful art and photos down the hallways. We received vouchers for I believe 3 different types of breakfast at the Hogan Restaurant, literally 50 steps away....or you could use an $8.00 credit towards any other breakfast menu item. The hotel was immediately next door to the Trading Post and the Explore Navajo Museum which was a great experience as well. We also went to see the Dinosaur Tracks which was approx 5 mins from the hotel....it is worth seeing....we met Ricky Redbird and he walked with us telling us all about the tracks, as well as some Navaho history...another great experience in Tuba City.

We were gladly surprised by this hotel. I guess we were expecting the typical motel (although we'd seen the pictures before, we didn't know what to expect because from picture to reality there's a big stretch sometimes) but it is a really charming place. The staff was really nice and the bedroom and bathroom were really clean. The bathroom itself (shower and toilet) was a little bit tiny but the sink and mirror are outside so it was pretty convenient. The room was pretty spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Oh, and breakfast was absolutely delicious!!!! I really recommend this place!

Breakfast was included (choice of 3) or 8 dollars deducted from any other chosen food. Offered choice was OK, however at the check-out a compulsory 8 dollar "group fee" (applicable from 5 and above) was asked to be paid, as we were 5. Well, even if there is a family with 3 kids this shouldn't be considered as a "group", though. So, the management should re-consider this, and apply only for real travel groups, not for families. Otherwise OK.

What I did t like was when changing our check-in Date, I couldn’t go directly to booking.com or the hotel from my email reservation. I had to look up the hotel phone number and the first thing that came up on my phone was reservations.Com. Before I knew it they canceled one and booked the next day and charged 15.00 for doing so. I should have looked more carefully and made sure I was calling the hotel directly.
